This particular painting has been ‘modernised’ through the use of the flowers being
a touch anthropomorphic. There seems to be an attitude about the
way they ‘carry themselves’. This was the intention. Flowers with attitude…
Drawing on acid free card, then digitally enhanced with visual graphic embellishments.

This work was advertised in, and made for a leading Art magazine to advertise for over 50’s artists to become a co operative in venturing with group projects.
Unfortunately, most were busy with grandchildren, and the verve that was needed to reinforce
this practical concept was greatly hindered by this fact. Fortunately though, I realised that not everyone my age
still gets buzzed by the thought of art making!
